BDE FURTHER DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR ANY SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE.
The License
The software is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. Other than the rights expressly granted to you hereunder, no other right is granted to you. Without limitation, you may not: (a) modify or create any derivative works of the software or documentation; (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the software; or, without limitation, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the software.
Copyright; Proprietary Rights.
The Software is Trademark TM 2002 Dimension 2000 and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Title to and ownership of the Software, including without limitation all intellectual property rights therein and thereto, are and shall remain the exclusive property of DIMENSION 2000 and its suppliers, and except for the limited license granted to you, DIMENSION 2000 reserves all right, title and interest in and to the Software. You shall not take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere with DIMENSION 2000's ownership of and rights with respect to the Software. You acknowledge that any unauthorized copying or unauthorized use of the Software is a violation of this Agreement and copyright laws and is prohibited. DIMENSION 2000 reserves the right to assign any and all rights it may possess in this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Dimension 2000 or its agents be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including, without limitation, damages to users' systems and/or software and/or data, computer failure or malfunction, computer virus transmission, performance delays or communication failures, security breaches or any and all other damages or losses.
Privacy statement
In order to provide you with the best possible service, this free version of AlertBuilder collects information during normal operation. This information can include your email address, country, region, zip or postal code, time zone, gender, birth date, and occupation. In addition, AlertBuilder gathers statistical information on alert transmission including recipient information, usage data and alert volume statistics during normal operation of the product for marketing purposes.
The collected information is used for demographic statistics, to operate AlertBuilder.com, and to display appropriate individualized advertisements. As part of our ôNO SPAMö policy, AlertBuilder will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail. AlertBuilder may occasionally contact you, on behalf of external business partners, about a particular offering that may be of interest to you.
